Terms of service
Last updated
Block Feud is a puzzle strategy game operated by Allen Ponce de Leon. These terms apply to our website and game. By using Block Feud, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the service. You can reach us at hello@playblockfeud.com.
Who can play
You must be at least 13 years old to use Block Feud. If you are a minor where you live, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian, who should review these terms with you. You must also meet any higher age or consent requirement that applies where you live.
Guest play and accounts
You can play as a guest or choose Google sign-in to use an account and sync supported profile settings. Keep your Google account and devices secure. Do not use someone else's account without permission, impersonate another person, or choose a player name that infringes someone else's rights.
Guest settings depend on local device storage and can be lost if you clear that storage or change devices. An account does not guarantee that every game state or unfinished match can be recovered.
Play fairly
Please keep the competition friendly. You must not:
- Cheat, use unauthorized bots, manipulate scores or match results, or exploit bugs to gain an unfair advantage.
- Harass other players or use hateful, threatening, sexually explicit, or otherwise abusive player names or content.
- Disrupt matches, overload the service, bypass access controls, or try to access accounts or data without authorization.
- Use the service for unlawful activity or infringe another person's privacy or intellectual property rights.
If you find a security issue or a game-breaking exploit, please report it to hello@playblockfeud.com.
The game and its content
We grant you permission to use Block Feud for personal, noncommercial play while you follow these terms. The game, artwork, branding, and other original content belong to their respective owners. Using the service does not transfer ownership of them to you. Third-party and open-source components remain subject to their own licenses.
You keep any rights you have in information or feedback you submit. You allow us to use your chosen player name and gameplay information to operate the game and display matches to participants. If you send feedback, you allow us to use it to improve the service without an obligation to pay you.
Availability and changes
Block Feud is an evolving game. We may change rules, balance, themes, or features, and may reset progress or match history during development. Bugs, maintenance, connection problems, or service changes can interrupt play. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, permanent storage of progress, or a particular match outcome.
The current release is free to play. Scores, results, and cosmetic themes have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for money. If paid features are introduced, their price and applicable terms will be shown before a purchase.
Suspension and leaving the service
We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to address a violation of these terms, protect players, comply with law, or resolve a security issue. Where practical, we will explain the reason. You may contact us if you believe a restriction was a mistake.
You may stop playing at any time. To delete an account, finish or leave your active match and use Delete account in the game's Profile screen, or contact us for help. Our privacy policy explains what is removed and which records may remain.
Responsibility and your legal rights
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided as available, without warranties about availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. We are not responsible for failures caused by your device, internet connection, or events outside our reasonable control.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits any mandatory consumer or privacy rights you have under applicable law.
Privacy and updates to these terms
Our privacy policy explains how we handle personal information. We may update these terms as the game changes. We will revise the date on this page and provide additional notice when required by law. Updated terms apply going forward. If you do not agree to an update, you can stop using the service and request account deletion.
